1. Introduction

Welcome to OnAdvert. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of digital marketing services by OnAdvert (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“Client” or “you”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

OnAdvert offers a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Strategic marketing consulting
  • Campaign management across various platforms
  • Visibility and reputation management

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for OnAdvert to perform the services.
  • Cooperate with OnAdvert in scheduling and executing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely approvals and feedback to facilitate project timelines.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for services will be detailed in the specific agreement between OnAdvert and the Client. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created by OnAdvert in the course of providing services shall remain the property of OnAdvert until full payment is received, at which point ownership will transfer to the Client.

7. Limitation of Liability

OnAdvert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of notification.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.

10. Amendments

OnAdvert reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
